how to place an online order
USING THE VAN NICHOLAS SHOPPING CART
To place a product in your shopping cart, select your option, then click "Order now …". You can access your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
Items added to the shopping cart are not reserved until you proceed to checkout.
- The checkout process contains three easy steps: shopping cart (1-3), shipping address (2-3), check order (3-3).
SHOPPING CART (1-3)
When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items in your shopping cart. Click "-" to reduce or "+" to add numbers and click "x" if you want to remove any products in your cart. Click "Continue" when you're ready to purchase your order.
LOGIN
An email address is required to place the order online. If you don't have an email address, place your order by calling us.
Click "Log On" or "Create An Account" and fill in the form.
SHIPPING ADDRESS (2-3)
Please double check your shipping information prior to submitting your order. For your protection, the shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been submitted. Learn more about Van Nicholas shipping options. Click "Next step".
CHECK ORDER (3-3)
Be sure to review all of the information you provided, make any necessary changes and accept our Terms & Conditions before clicking "Proceed to check out".
PAYMENT
You will be redirected to the Adyen Payment Module. You can purchase your order using a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and certain prepaid cards. Learn more about Van Nicholas payment options.
When using a credit card, enter your name in the order entry form exactly as it appears on your card. Fill out your credit card billing address as it appears on your credit card statement.
CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can find the track & trace code in the order history of your account, this can take up to 24 till 48 hours.
