30-DAY RETURN POLICY (PARTS AND CLOTHING)

Van Nicholas has a return policy of 30 days after receipt of the product on accessory and clothing purchases. Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in new condition, with the original packaging. Van Nicholas will issue a complete refund, with the exception of the shipping costs. Used, washed, or damaged clothing is not eligible for return or exchange.

Parts or clothing needs to be returned within the stated term of 14 days. Returns that are not in new condition and/or not in the original packaging, are not eligible for credits or refund. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

In case of an exchange of a part or clothing, the costs of the original shipment won’t be credited. But the shipment of the replacement part will be free of charge.

Cash/check payments are refunded and credit card transactions are credited to the original account within 30 days of receiving the product back in new condition. Exchanges are processed and shipped out within 5 business days of receipt of your original package, depending on the available stock.

Steps to return a product:

Please contact our customer service via our contact form or phone +31 (0)513-788123, indicate why you are returning the product and if you would like a refund or exchange. The sales department will then supply you with a returns number and address. Enclose a copy of the original receipt to the sales department. Be sure to include your return address.

Note: If you are exchanging a product be sure to include details of the exchange, return shipping instructions, and means of payment. Exchanges are processed and shipped out within 5 business days of receipt of your original package.

14-DAY, 100% MONEY BACK (BICYCLES AND FRAMES)

We understand that not everyone has the convenience of seeing one of our bikes in a local bike shop. For this reason we have provided a risk free guarantee on a bike or frame purchased from us directly. Customers have 14 days from the receipt of a Van Nicholas bicycle or frame to determine their complete satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will rectify the problem or you may return the product in its original packaging. Van Nicholas will issue a complete refund, with the exception of the shipping costs. Bicycles or frames needs to be returned within the stated term of 14 days. Returns that are not in new condition and/or not in the original packaging, are not eligible for credits or refund. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

CAREFREE SHIPPING

Van Nicholas guarantees and insures every shipment. Many companies put the burden of lost or damaged shipments on the consumer. All packages are our responsibility until the customer receives them in good condition.

PERFECT FIT GUARANTEE

Van Nicholas complete bicycles are custom built by their nature. If after a purchase your position on the bike is not comfortable, you may modify your position. This guarantee is solely applicable to modifying the stem length or rise, during the first 60 days of ownership. After this term, replacements will be done at Van Nicholas's discretion; all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Contact our customer service via our contact form or phone +31 (0)513-788123 to arrange a replacement stem. It is necessary for Van Nicholas to charge a deposit for each stem ordered. This deposit is fully refundable if the swapped stem is returned in good condition within 30 days of receipt. The customer is also responsible for shipping charges both ways.

30-DAY PRICE PROTECTION

Because of the dynamic nature of our products, pricing can and does change regularly due to fluctuations in currencies and supplies. If our online prices decrease more than €35 within 30-days of your purchase, Van Nicholas will refund the difference between the price you paid and the current cost of the same product. It is the consumer's responsibility to request a refund if applicable.

Prices, weights and specifications are subject to change without notice or obligation. Promotional offers and prices are for a limited time. Final order amounts, including tax and shipping will be communicated after entry of shipping and billing information. All prices are quoted in euros. Van Nicholas will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices, weights or other information.
